Hotel Review: NH Barcelona Pódium
Located in the heart of the shopping and cultural district of Barcelona, near Plaza de Cataluna, NH Barcelona Pódium is the perfect place to stay for visitors of Barcelona, Spain.
The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, such as Parque de la Ciudadela, the Picasso Museum, and many restaurants and shops.
Las Ramblas is a short metro ride away, and the metro station at the Arc de Triomf is nearby.
The hotel is located in a restored 19th century building, which gave it a beautiful, timeless charm.
Three of us were staying together, and our room had plenty of space, with a separate foyer and sink area.
The rooftop patio is stunning and is the perfect place to hang out and work on your laptop. That is, if you aren’t distracted by the beautiful view.
The breakfast buffet is extensive, with an assortment of smoothies, cheese, fruit, breads, juices, warm drinks, and even freshly cooked dishes to order.
We were very pleased with the knowledge and service of the staff. If you are new to the city and need directions, a map, or want to find out what to check out first, the staff in the lobby are helpful and know the city very well.
